Hello Everyone,
I'm interested in knowing if anyone has found a good substitute for cheese?
I have an allergy to Casein-the protein in milk and I know that there are
soy-based "cheeses" that melt excellently, but they unfortunately all
contain Casein (at least the name brands that I can find in my area). Is my
search for real tasting Pizza/Lasagna in vain? I know that there are
products such as vegan-rella that don't contain Casein but they don't melt
and don't taste appropriate for a cheese substitute in dishes like Pizza.
Any info/recipes anyone can share will be greatly appreciated! Thanks...
