Hi Loretta,
I have an egg white sensitivity. I've never had allergy tests per se...and didn't use
to have any problems eating eggs until I developed rheumatoid arthritis. Now, not only
do I develop the digestive tract upset with severe diarrhea, I also respond with
inflamed fingers and wrists usually within 8-10 hours. Combined with the milk
sensitivity which produces inflammation and general overall achiness it makes it very
difficult to eat any processed foods without "paying a price".
