I second this recommendataion - Alyssa loves it! She likes the vanilla best - it doesn't have "lumps".
One question I have, though... it seems that getting calcium from a supplemented food is just
about the same as getting it from pills, right? The calcium in soy or rice milks, etc, is added,
it doesn't occur naturally in the foods. So is this nutrionally any different from swallowing
a pill or adding a powder supplement to juice? Any thoughts are appreciated!
