Anne, thanks for bringing this up.  I have been very disappointed in the
"Lact-Aid" brand products and I thought I was the only one.
 
I have had better luck with lactase supplements that I buy in a health
food store.  The supplement I use currently is made by "Nature's Plus".
It tastes horrible but works well.
