If you have JJRadio, right past the frequency is either a blank, plus or
minus, indicating the shift. Use the space bar to cycle through them.

Is the auto repeater shift turned on? What is the frequency? Hit the 0, that
will manually change the offset. I hope some of that helps. I'm not in front
of mine, we're having a blizzard so I'm stuck in the region EOC until it
ends and the roads are passable, could be a couple days.
