well,
I spoke with the tech heads at RT Systems. They told me it works best with NVDA (the free screen reader). they had problems trying to get it to work with jaws, and I suspect that window eyes (being similarly designed) might have some of the same issues.
I happen to be a jaws user and have often found that when a program doesn't work with jaws, it might work with NVDA. I don't have window eyes or I might try that one as well.
