What I mean is that it will take more paper to write Braille in the new code
because no 2 contractions will be written together, and other changes will
probably also be a factor.  What they really need to do with this UEB is
throw it in the garbage, but that's one more booboo we can chalk up to both
our so-called advocacy organizations!
