How about this?  Let's try 21.050 around 11:00 central time, noon eastern, 
1700 utc.  That would be better for me across the pond, and if we miss it, 
we could still fall back to 14.050 2 hours later.

I'm open to doing the earlier sched on a WARC band if that's preferred.
