Another problem, at least in Human Services, is that being mobile has become 
an essential part of the job.
The Social Worker, goes to the client.  You use a Hotspot, log in to the 
electronic data system, and make your case notes from the client's house.
Employing drivers, lowers your income to a point where you can't afford to 
do the job.
Most services have been outsourced to small contract agencies.  Employing 
your driver is an undo hardship to them.
I have never been given the chance to test their data system with a screen 
reader to see if it will work.
