I have found that the page for Bill,
works very differently depending upon the screen reader you are using.
The page loads but the text disappears in seconds with window-eyes 8.4.
Jaws gives you text and links, but registration and instructions so you can 
post don't show up.
System access works perfectly.
I haven't tried nvda yet.
I wonder what others find.
