Try the Freeswitch client. That’s one. All the information to connect with a sIP client is on the support section of http://allstarlink.org 

BTW, one thing I’ve found, if you have trouble where you can’t connect for a while after you connect the first time, you will need to put in details for a public stun server. Search on Google for one of those.
