Hi, Lou. One suggestion might be to turn on the burner, feel the
heat around the edge of the burner with your hand about a foot up
from the stove. That way, you'll know whether it's a big or small
burner. Even though the stoves are flat, the burners are still
round; it's just that they ar visual in terms of the
