I have one.  Works very well, has fair isolation, and is pretty comfortable to wear.
It is large, and surrounds the whole ear with very thick cushions.
Comes with a little power box to power the electorate mic element from two triple a cells if necessary.

I use mine on the kx3, and it works very well.
