Hi, Bob.  Pressed Enter, or rather, the key to the right of the zero 
key, and the scanner was recognized by the computer.  Even got the 
Sentinel software installed.

Now, how do I control volume and squelch?  Looks like I have to turn 
on the battery menu through the keys on the scanner itself.--Matt.
