All you have to do is a google search for something that happens to have
turned up on this list at any time and anyone anywhere can see archives.
Personal information is never a good thing to send to an email list which is
why some of us have separate addresses for email lists, another one for
personal email, and another one for business or what ever else. Example, I
have this one for general use, my gmail account, with no signature, no
nothing. I have another one for personal emails that might be more important
than what goes to this email address. Then I have another separate one for
my MARS duties because I'm on the staff. That one has security and my
contact info is in the signature because I deal with a lot of new members
and members from other MARS services than the one I'm in so they often need
to have my info. With the internet what it is these days and so easy to find
information on people, people have to be very careful what they post and
where. These people who post their where abouts on facebook all the time
really need to be careful.
