Hello all.  I have one of those Batteries America drop in chargers, but
apparently the part needed for the battery packs to make contact with the
charger is missing.  What I want to know is what is the name or item number
of the sleeve needed to go inside the charger so that the battery packs will
make contact with it.  I have tried to contact Batteries America via phone,
but I get only their voice mail.  I have used the email address provided on
their website, but have gotten no response.  If anyone can help by providing
this information or an alternate site where to get it I would appreciate it.
