Matt, I don't disagree with your assessment of the THF6A the one I bought in 2004 is still chugging
along I had to replace a battery but that is to be expected. My point here is that if price is a
consideration and if you need more and clearer feedback than the 6a provides, The Wouxun radios are
a good choice. Also, the bloody things appear to be nearly indestructible!
