Once again, I'm toying with the idea of dropping the A in my call for a 1 by 
3. I think it's still available and I suppose I'd better quit waffling and 
do something about it. Can someone tell me just how to get started? Plus, is 
it possible to request just one call sign. I'd like to get W3MIX but, if I 
can't I don't want to change at all. Not sure if that's possible. Thoughts
