Get a spellchecker like
spelloe downloadable from various sites on the web.

That is what I use with Outlook Express. It even works on the modified
version of Outlook Express I currently use on my Windows 7 Ultimate with
Microsoft Office 2010.

From what I understand, you can't use word's spellchecker in conjunction
with OE as you could with earlier versions of MSFT Office.

Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.
