Your freedom ends where it infringes on other people’s freedom. 

And then of course there is such a thing as common decency. 

And there is the law of course which our FCC seems to be ignoring. 

Would you stand on a street corner and yell the vile things that are yelled on 3840 (75 meters) nightly? Hundreds, maybe thousands, including children might just turn their dial and hear that stuff. 

I am no prude, but I do have a love of Ham radio and a certain pride in the fact that I am an Amateur Radio Operator. But, how can I have pride in my hobby when I tune across the 75 meter band and hear that filth going on night after night?
