I am a sighted ham but subscribe to this ListServ in case a topic arises
where I might be able to offer my expertise in the subject area. I have two
questions. First, what message do I send to the ListServ to obtain a list of
valid commands to set various ListServ options and parameters? Normally, the
command access is at the bottom of each E-mail but on this particular
ListServ, the instructions are not included at the bottom of the E-mail. The
second question is related to the first. Due to the volume of messages each
day, is there a means of receiving a Daily Digest where all of the day's
E-mails are combined into a single E-mail sent once every day?

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide me with. As a way of a
brief introduction since this is my first posting, I have a terminal illness
called MELAS. You can Google just the letters MELAS and you can find
information about the disease at your favorite medical website. I prefer
Medscape for my medical information. I am a medically retired electrical
engineer and part-time minister. I retired from both professions in 2005
when I became too ill to continue working. I now enjoy every second of life
and realize just how short life can be. I am only 57 years old. Feel free to
