Carolyn,  The easiest way to tell which version of the stream you have is by
the number of buttons above the keypad.  If there are three it is one of the
new ones and can be updated when the update comes out.  If it has only two
it is the older one and this update won't work for you.

I don't know the model, but I think we had ours for about a year. It was
sometime in 2013, so is that unit to old?
