Initially, I too thought the time clocks on XP and up computers
automatically re-set themselves, but now, I'm not totally sure.

The clocks on both my Windows XP logging computer, and my main Windows 7 P C
appear to be slightly off, which is a bit of a puzzler to me--hence, the
possible need for a re-set.

I may just do it via WWV, but if Mike sends me the program he has from his
Kurzweil software, that may be interesting to try.

I have seen that program, but I think windows XP and up do the same thing.
Am I missing something?

Mike:

Sure, if you want to send the time program to me, that would be great.

I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say it has a list of clocks, but
perhaps that will become evident when I start working with the program.

Let's go off list with this one, so we can figure out the best way to
proceed.

I have a time program I got from Kurzweil. It was on there disk as an extra
program. It can set your clock and checks every time you turn on the
computer, or you can set it to check on hourly intervals.
It has a list of clocks, and it works on windows 7.
If you want it I can send it to you.
