When I was in the hospital for the birth of may youngest (12 years ago) they
made us a birthday cake because he was born on my birthday. When I
questioned the ingredients (I had specified gluten free) I was informed that
the dietician said white flour was safe, only whole wheat flour had gluten
in it. Fortunately I knew better, and told them so. So, be careful.
