I would have said basically what Angel pointed out.  But then I had another thought:

Yes, in the first place, God has no accountability issues for Himself.  But, if you think about it, He has made promises to us.  Yes, He will always do His part to fulfill them, yet there be times when He wants us to state them in prayer, like this:
Lord, I'm feeling very anxious about this.  You said, in Your Word, that You will guard my heart and mind with Your peace as I come to You in prayer instead of worrying about it.  So please do this for me, in Jesus' Name.
