Hello List Mates,

Should we be concerned? Absolutely! The FDA does not issue warnings without serious research and consideration. Since rice is the #1 grain ingredient in our GF diet and is the "go-to" for baby's first food, it just makes sense that a baby in a gluten-free household will ingest even more arsenic than a baby in a gluten household. Is there a solution? An alternative? YES! Please see my "AD" post coming later today
