Hello List Mates,
A huge heartfelt Thank You to everyone who stepped up to support us in the aftermath of the flood that devastated our new gluten-free bakery just 2 weeks prior to our scheduled Grand Opening.
It's been exactly one month since the flood - and today we believe we have turned the corner. With the ongoing support of our wonderful community and because of your generous donations the repairs in the bakery are moving forward. We've also been able to install an elevator to move the gluten-free oats and create a bagging room upstairs. Funding efforts continue to purchase the new bakery flooring and drywall materials. No new date for our re-opening yet, but we're getting closer every day. Thank you to everyone for helping us get our heads above water!
Sincerely,
Deb Wheaton and family
