The Yaesu FT-450D is an all mode 160/6m compact rig with built in ATU and speech that announces freq, mode, ex and tx while in split and S-9.
It doesn't speak the menus but it is pretty much set and forget and has some nice roofing filters at 6khz, 2.4khz SSB and 500hz CW. I used the older non D model and loved it. Dunno what it goes for state side but it's 1095 up here in Canada. The used 3 year old non Ds go for around 700.
