Tom, I would greatly appreciated the details when you get back to the home
base. Years ago, when I had my TS-440, I had a MC60a and loved it and wish I
had not sold it with the rig, but with this TS-590, I thought maybe
something different might be better.

Ron:

I use a Heil Gold Line with my TS590, and have gotten excellent audio
reports.

I mount the mic on a boom that cam be attached to your operating desk, and
that also is available from Heil.

I am out at the camp site now, but can get you specifics when I am back home
later tomorrow evening.

Hey, Guys, what is the best Desk microphone for the TS-590; one that I can
purchase and plug in without having to mess around changing mic connectors?
