Back in the day, I used a company named "Wisconsin AudioVisual".  They did work on many brands of audio equipment.  Their work was usually OK.  That was in the day of the semi-professional Ampex open-reel machines.  I believe they still exist and are located in the Milwaukee area.  I haven't had the need for them since the 70's so can't really say if they are good or bad.  If you happen to use them, please let me know how it goes.
