Re preparing for your Technician license exam

I recommend:

1.	Obtain one of the computer programs that generate sample exams and
use that as a tool and benchmark for whether you are ready to take the
actual exam.

2.	Use the Technician license exam study guide materials available from
Handihams; that is what it is there for, and it is excellent.

3. The Gordon West materials are also excellent

4.	Keep using the computer program to generate sample exams to
determine how ready you are, and when you can consistently score 90% or
higher, you are ready.

If you are interested in really being a knowledgeable ham, I suggest that
you take advantage of some of the free electronics study courses available
and read all of the other materials you can about electronics, electronic
circuits, antenna theory and construction, and ham radio.

Once you get your license, pay attention to the recommendations for the
best, most accessible ham equipment the guys on this list can give you and
purchase the best gear you can afford that is recommended by the experienced
hams on this list.
