Hi Russ,

I don't know if it is touch screen completely, but you can use the 
Internet to download and properly program all your local frequencies 
dependent on what range/type/mode/whatever you want.  This is all 
software driven.  I don't know if there are other aspects of it.  It 
doesn't say touch screen on the website I sited.
