Hi Matt and Mike.

There is a dedicated field for Grid, and it is hidden from view on the
default template. You need to go to Settings, and select Edit Fields,
Position, and Tab Order. I tried enabling the Grid field on the default
template and it shows ok. If you show too many fields, you may need to
re-organise the screen layout.

The Active Elements site has a series of audio accessibility demos for AC
Log version 4, and this area is covered in the Configuration recording. I
would advise that you listen to all of the recordings, to get context.

Matt,

I am a new user of AC Log as well.

Someone else who has used it longer than me may want to jump in on this one,
but here is my guess.

There are several fields that appear as "Other" when you tab through them.

Somewhere in the settings menu there is a way to label one or more of those
fields with specific labels.

My guess is that you label one of those fields for Grid Square.
