Was the teacher K1QS Walter?
I use to hang out with a group of Guys on 20M a few years back and I think they cut there teeth on 15.
I remembered Walt from my 1ST time oping on 15 with our Club in 2002, I got licensed in october of 2001.
I don't know if these Guys are still around on 20 or not but a couple of them have gone SK like Ron, can't recall the call, Winston, WW? and Sue, K3Sue, I believe was her call.
I had a TS-940SAT/Heath SB-1000 and a Cushcraft a-3S at 45 feet. 2nd best station I ever owned, except I'd like to have my SB-1000 along side my 102 and my tribander back. LOL
