The junk characters is a function of what is called the header file. I have
a list on this server with no junk characters because there is a header
setting whereby the junk can be stripped out. Last time I tried locating
Ken, he was out of town due to a death in the family. I can't remember his
call, if I ever knew it, but fixes are available through a simple change.
Only list owners, plus listserver managers, have access to the header file
the control all this so I can't do anything but pass the word along.

Phil.
