Hi,
Most of the information given by Handi ham is desigened to get you to
memorize it. To be able to understand every question in the pool would take
some time. Once you have your license and getting on the air you can ask
those questions to other hams. We had a local lady who wanted to understand
all of the theory behind each question before she took her test. It took
her about a year before she was ready. Gary KB2YAA
