Does anyone other than me have problems getting the band and mode combo 
boxes in Amateur Contact Log to change with the up and down arrows?

Mine will not change using either Jaws, System Access, or NVDA, no 
matter what I do.

This is also the case on either the new Windows 8.1 box, or my old 
faithful XP machine.

Any ideas about how to make it work?
