Any other email list I belong to has something in the subject line automatically, or a footer explaining something about the list and its commands. When setting the parameter to go to a folder automatically, you can use something in one of those statements. 

But as you say, this list appears not to have anything that you can designate. 

Perhaps the list owner can put something such as Blind Hams in the subject to line to appear automatically?

There are several ways to filter messages.  The problem with filtering from 
the TO or CC fields is that people need to put the blind-hams address in one 
of those fields for the rule to work.

I have written rules for lists to filter if the listname is contained in the 
message, which works exceedingly well as long as there is a footer with that 
info.  This list has no such footer, and doesn't appear to contain the word 
blind-hams in the subject line, so filtering will be only as reliable as 
people putting the blind-hams address in the to or cc fields.

You can write rules for WLM, Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.
