Has anyone run across any problems or issues using the RT Systems software
and cable for this radio where get the error message stating that no radio
module was found and suggest reinstalling the program which have done
several times by uninstalling and reinstalling it with the same results no
matter if the usb cable is inserted into one of the usb ports or not which
by the way the usb ports all work fine on my computer when using them with
other devices.

This just happen today when tried to program the radio.

Thanks.
