I’m really a fan of the Puxin PX-UV973.

It’s probably my favorite of the current Chinese HT’s.

However, Wouxun is coming out 
with the KG-UV8D soon, which
will also have dual receive and cross band repeat.

Don’t know how it will stack up for accessibility though.
