Tom,

I was kind of thinking along the same lines as Kelvin.  I don't use this 
software, but have seen similar in other packages like XMlog.    If you 
put a call in the entry field, the software grabs the current date and 
time.  If you don't log the contact for several minutes (maybe you have 
to fight the pile-up) the  contact is logged with whatever  time  the 
software initialy grabbed, not the time at which the contact was entered 
and logged.

Maybe this is what is going on for you.   perhaps there is a  menu 
change that will make things work better, or a way to refresh the screen 
and time will update.  You could just re-enter the call when you 
actually make the contact and  time would be current.
