I've used Melatonin over the years, but the side effects (for me, strange
dreams) isn't fun. Also, there have been quite a few scandals in the
natural supplements market, misidentified ingredients, other ingredients
added that aren't listed, and no inspections of manufacturing facilities,
that I now have more pause than I used to when thinking of using these
non-regulated medications.
