I went through that with my backup radio only the buyer sent it back to me 
before the shipper could investigate because paypal told him to, I lost on 
all counts and closed out my paypal account with a negative balance because 
there was no way I was paying for that. I fought it every way I knew how and 
it got me nowhere if you find something I didn't, let me know though I 
couldn't even look at that radio anymore and got rid of it. My TS-2000 
better last a very long time is all I can say
