The simplest thing to do, for testing purposes, is to press Insert-A for 
"speak all".  This is supposed to speak anything that changes in the active 
window.  If this works, you would want to define a window (like a frame in 
JAWS) around the window containing the decoded text.  The other thing you 
need to do is to set the trigger delay so that characters are not spoken 
individually, but after a certain amount of time has elapsed or a CR 
character appears.  The correct number would depend on the speed at which 
the characters are sent.  When I was experimenting with decoding PSK31 I 
didn't use these methods, but used ctrl-numpad-5 to read the current line 
from time to time.  Clunky.

I've been monkeying around with my RTTY setup again using JAWS.    Kind
of clunky, but workable.    I do have  Window Eyes on the pc, although
I've never taken the time to learn anything  about it.

Are there any keystrokes, or settings that will allow Window Eyes to
read incoming text as it is decoded and put into the RX window?
