I put in an email to kenwood asking that very question. THe answer I got back was that they don't directly support screen reader access in windows. so it is unknown if their control software will work.
There is a Linux project called HamLib that has a rig control program. not sure if the TS-2000 is supported. It works in a terminal window under linux and can be used with the ORCA screen reader.
