Jim,
The menu list in the manual is a bit terse, but if you get the list
from icanworkthisthing.com
there is a bit more description for each item.
I may have mentioned this to you before, but i know a number of people
with the 590 (and I suppose the 480 as well) who had trouble getting
the recording function to work, did better doing it via the ARCP software.
