Bob,
I can't give you specifics on how to do this because I don't know what email
program you're using. However, in general terms, there should be some
action that lets you move or copy the message to a folder. In Outlook
Express, this comes on the third page of the dialog for making a rule. It
probably works the same way in other programs, but the specific words may be
different.
