The electronic version of QST is totally inaccessible in its current form, 
so do not pay for membership in ARRL that includes QST as you will be 
wasting your money.

QST is available from BARD for use on your digital talkingbook player. 
Note: the BARD version is not complete as some articles and all advertising 
is omitted, still not bad for free.
