Hi;
Since someone mentioned openbook maybe someone can explain my
latest openbook adventure. Sometimes when I close the program
with a "l t   4  and indicate that I don't want to save the
scanned material I go back to the desktop and all is well. Most
of the time however, after closing the program and indicating I
don't want to save the scanned material I go back to the desktop
complete with a loud chime. At this point openbook isn't on the
task bar or in the sys tray. If I try and reopen the program I
get the prompt that the program is already running. The easy
solution thus far has been to just reboot the computer but it can
get old. Don't see any particular pattern as to when this
happens and when it doesn't.
Hope that makes a little sense. Any ideas appreciated. I
suppose I could uninstall and reinstall the program but wonder if
something else is going on
Richard
