This list has a moderator/owner and he doesn't post much but last I knew
monitored the list. If the list wants to move, I don't really care but if
you just start another list so there are 2 blind hams lists, you'll have
some people go, some not bother with yet another list because they're on too
many already. You'd be better off I think, talking to the owner if you can
if he still is monitoring the list, seeing what he says/wants to do because
I just don't think you'll get as much participation without moving this
whole list as is due to how long it's been around. Just my 2 cents worth and
maybe I'm wrong but it was tried due to the off topic posting a few years
ago and I haven't heard anything about that list after about a month from
it's creation and cant' even tell you who made it anymore. I think I was a
member but if I left or was removed or the list just shut down I don't know
that or it's so dead I just think I'm not on it anymore, but I stayed on
this list as well.
